Are you insured and can you provide a COI?

During your walkthrough, we’ll document your procurement requirements (coverage levels, additional insured language, delivery method) and coordinate the appropriate COI through our carrier. We’ll also review building rules, keys/alarm access, and any special safety protocols so everything is clear before service begins and your team has what they need on file.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We routinely work under confidentiality requirements. We’ll review your NDA, align on any site-specific privacy practices (e.g., no photos, locked storage areas, device restrictions), and incorporate those into the scope of work and crew briefing. When do you clean?
Most clients prefer late-day or evening service with a designated lock-up person present. We’ll agree on an arrival window that minimizes disruption, define alarm/key procedures, and set a communication plan for schedule changes or emergencies. If you need day porter support or event-based cleaning, we can build that into the plan and adjust frequencies seasonally as traffic patterns change.
How do you price commercial cleaning?
Pricing reflects facility type, size, traffic, frequency, and specific tasks (restrooms, floors, glass, disinfection, consumables). After the walkthrough, we present a customized scope of work with recommended frequencies and a clear estimate. We can bundle periodic services (like carpet extraction or floor care) and revisit the scope after 30–90 days to fine-tune for quality, efficiency, and budget.
